Getting bikes to the trail shouldn’t feel like work. At just 20 lbs, this platform rack is easy to lift, install, and remove. It carries 2 bikes up to 35 lbs each, so it’s a strong yet manageable option for everyday riders. The lightweight steel build still brings a solid feel on the road, keeping bikes steady without adding bulk.
No one likes a rack that wobbles as you drive. The included anti-rattle, locking hitch pin keeps the connection tight so the rack stays still over bumps and turns. It also locks to deter theft, so you can stop for a break knowing your setup is secure.
Odd-shaped frames? No problem. The rotating holders turn 360° and move up or down the center mast to fit different frame styles, including step-through and women’s designs. Rubber padding protects paint and finishes, while ratcheting straps keep each bike firmly in place.
The curved wheel trays sit low, so you don’t need to lift bikes high to mount them. Each tray adjusts to fit wheelbases up to 48" and tire widths up to 3.0". Padded ratcheting straps wrap around the wheels for a snug, shake-free hold on the drive.
When the ride’s over, the rack folds up against the back of the vehicle to save space. A simple knob and pin system makes the fold easy to manage, keeping the Destination out of the way and ready for the next trip.

I bought this rack from etrailer after I bought a hitch from them for my Subaru Crosstrek. This rack is exactly what I wanted - it's easy to connect to the hitch, easy to put the bikes onto, holds the bikes tightly with straps that don't damage the bikes in any way, and folds so I don't have to always remove it to get into the back of my car. Another great product from etrailer at a very reasonable price!
I just transported 2 bikes from PA to FL. I could not be more please with the Hollywood Bike Rack. Installation onto the SUV hitch was very easy as per the instructions. The bikes mounted on the rack as per the instructions. I was very pleased that I felt no vibration from the rack in the SUV while driving. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase and how the rack performed.
Does not hold bike securely. Straps are not flexible. Had Hollywood bike rack for a few months and on car ride back with my brand-new bike, the center strap released, and bike was dragged on roadway. I always check the straps before driving but this just released during ride home. Destroyed handlebars and brake lever as well as cables. Cost $225 to fix. Would not recommend this bike rack.
The Destination bike rack works perfectly on my 2020 Pacifica and I have clearance going over speed bumps! I recently upgraded my bike to a Trek step through which hung too low on my old Thule rack no matter how the cross bar adapter was adjusted. Problem solved!

Works great!
I did a lot of research and decided I didn’t want to spend $300 or more. This Hollywood Destination bike rack had such high reviews that I decided to make the purchase. I figured I could return it if it didn’t meet my specifications. But I am very happy I have it. It’s so easy to put on and take off of my Outback and the bike is very solid with no swaying when I maneuver Illinois roads. This was a great decision and thank you etrailer for your part in this purchase!

I would definitely recommend the Hollywood destination rack to anyone. It weighs 20 pounds and is easy to put on and take off my vehicle. I’m now riding an e-bike and this rack is doing a great job. Thanks
Just came today, right on schedule. All the pieces are there, and the rack looks really sharp on my black 2024 Prius. I have not loaded my bikes yet, but a quick estimation is that I will be able to open the trunk with the bike on the rack.
It hasn't seen much use beyond the wonderful camping trip we bought it for. We can't wait to use it again!

Works well and I would have given it five stars, but I have a two inch receiver and the spacer it uses is at least 1/8 to 1/4 inches too small so it wiggles around while driving. I'd prefer it to be tight. I'll probably wedge some wood in there to tighten it up. Otherwise, the rack itself is nice.
Delivery on time. Quality merchandise. Exactly as described. Not sure how 2022 and a 2023 differ but I would need to remove rack to swing open tailgate when the rack is collapsed. But other than that it’s pretty amazing.
It is a quality product! Solid, easy to install, well made. My only complaint is that there are no reflective strips on it when the unit is in the up position. I saw reflective strips on one customer’s review but they obviously bought their own. I will go buy some but I think it would be smart of a company to make sure the product is safe when in use as well as when it is not

Would be nice if the tire straps were longer, so we don't have to spend another$[XX] for extensions. But otherwise, it's a nice bike rack. Easy assembly.
The bicycle rack works great and is much easier to use than the than the trunk-mount racks I've had in the past. It is also very inexpensive compared to some other popular brands.
For the price, it is an excellent value. Holds the two bicycles very well. Nicely designed, quality construction. Make sure you buy some Plesar reflectors if you fold the rack upright. So happy it for our 1.25 inch hitch, and with zero vibrations!
I've had this for a year. It's light weight, easy to load bikes on--exactly what I was looking for. I've used it to transport two bikes for long-ish drives (3-4 hours) with no problem at all; I would be comfortable using it on a road trip. Only problem is that the locking mechanism sticks a little bit; I fixed it with WD-40, knocking it on the ground a bit, and poking around the inside with a screwdriver--no idea which, if either, helped, but it's easier to use now.
Bike carrier is amazing. My only disappointment was that someone packaged the very damaged box into a undamaged box. The bike carrier itself was not damaged. But it did concern me enough that I took pictures as I unboxed just to document.
Purchased this bike rack for my Prius V: Easy to install on the car, the rack works well for my old Trek mountain bike. My only suggestion is you need to snug the rack screw tight enough so it doesn't wiggle in the hitch. It is a very good, light-weight carrier!

Still working well, a great value!
Once an elite cyclist, I never imagined I’d have to relearn something as simple as riding a bike. But nine years after brain surgery, I’m finally able to get back on a bicycle without worrying about balance or drifting into oncoming traffic.
Our new Hollywood bike rack has made loading our bikes effortless for me and my wife, and now we’re back on the road together, chasing new trails and new adventures.
Thank you to etrailer for getting me set up with the perfect rack and helping make this next chapter possible.
The only downside is the initial assembly is a little cumbersome. The instructions are clear and it is very lightweight and easy to manage. The hatchback on my GTI does open with the mast up (with no bikes on it). Overall very pleased with the quality and ease of use.

Ive enjoyed my bicycle rack for the past year and expect many more years of riding. it is light weight and easy to handle and sturdy.
Easy to install and the two Trek bikes fit perfectly. You can't beat the price.

Its been a year and the Hollywood rack was the best decision . I tried trunk racks but for my car they were difficult to install and the bikes just didnt fit. I left the Hollywood rack installed until November. It was very easy to remove from the hitch. I have now reinstalled and we are off to various bike trails in the Chicago area. A BIG PLUS IS THE RACK FOLDS UP WHEN NOT IN USE AND I CAN STILL GET IN THE TRUNK!! I highly recommend the Hollywood rack for two bikes.

A very good, inexpensive, lightweight bike rack. Folds nicely and doesn't interfere with the hatch opening on our 2023 XC40. I wouldn't consider this a heavy duty rack, more suitable for short trips to the riding trails. Good for urban living, as opposed to 4 wheeling out to a mountain destination. Several plastic components. Two things I dislike is 1) the hitch pin lock is cheesy plastic, and because of the threading bolt on the rack's hitch, you can't use a sturdier 5/8" locking pin. and 2) the cotter pins should have a small security cable.

Very pleased so far. The rack is lighter than my Sarris which was the main selling point after shoulder surgery. Love that it folds up and how it looks , as I rarely remove it during season. Enough clearance to open tailgate when rack is down on my 24 Jeep Grand C ,but not when folded up. Suggest checking your wheelbase with specs if you own a mountain bike. My Trek is an exact fit with straps . Little movement when driving without using the extra strapping provided but haven’t driven on rough roads. Good quality for price. As mentioned in other reviews, straps not as heavy as on my other rack, but seem to do the job well. Overall really happy with this rack.

The bike rack looks great! Personally, I love the purple bike! I had one just like it when I was younger
It’s a great rack, very sturdy, easy to put together and use. My only concern with it was that my girlfriends step through bike is very large and heavy, but the rack is able to handle it with no problem. Definitely would reccomend this rack for beginners like myself.
